Virgin Hotels Nashville

Beautifully presented room where a pet was was enjoyable. It was in a comfortable location short walk to bars, restaurants and Music Row, and downtown, 12 South, Hillsboro. Besides, it was 2 km away from Downtown Nashville.

The facilities in the grand king room were very beautiful, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, also it included a work desk, flat-screen TV, and a seating area. The location was great and unbeatable, near to restaurants, downtown, 12 South, Hillsboro, and good restaurants, bars, shops, and had lovely views.

Very very helpful and hospitable staff, it was enjoyable stay.

The location was wonderful, in the heart of the city. Everything was perfect and within 13 minutes' drive of Nashville International airport.

A mini bar, climate control and a personal safe were available in my queen room. The superfriendly staff truly made me feel welcome. It was based in nice building in a great location, very close to nightlife.

The Kitchen at Commons Club was great, and we enjoyed lounging at the rooftop bar with skyline views. Great for a group kickback with cocktails. The staff was super friendly, and the lobby was always lively. Just keep in mind the drink menu could use a bit of variety.

Would recommend for a quick stop

Comfortable room, lovely rooftop pool, where we enjoyed relaxing but found it a bit small and the music too loud to chat. Plus, the convenient location is only 15 km from the airport.

The weekend staff could use some more training on customer service and there was only one person working the valet desk on Sunday, he wasn't friendly at all and we had to wait about 15 minutes for him to bring the car.

Had an very nice five-night stay! The rooftop pool was the perfect relaxation spot with stunning views, and the decorations gave it a cozy vibe. The latte selection at the lobby coffee shop was really good. I'd definitely come back.

The staff made an early check-in happen, a lifesaver due to work commitments. The location is perfect for exploring music row. I loved being able to walk to Broadway without needing an Uber. The rooftop pool had a vibrant vibe. The ice machines across various floors didn't work, a hassle. It took a while to resolve the issue until it reached a manager, and we didn't get our refund until a week later. Despite the payment trouble, I enjoyed the hotel's modern design and atmosphere, and I appreciated that they didn't charge for my dog.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, especially appreciating the stunning rooftop pool and the relaxing outdoor bar area. The vibe was just perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring—definitely enjoyed those sun loungers! Only hiccup was that the rooftop bar was closed one night for a private event, so maybe a heads-up would’ve been nice. 😊

I appreciated the warm and inviting decor throughout Virgin Hotels Nashville, particularly the beautiful lighting and spacious lounge areas , made it very easy for seniors to navigate and enjoy a comfortable atmosphere.

Better signage for amenities would be helpful for seniors.

Fantastic rooftop experience with great vibes

The atmosphere was vibrant. Especially at the bar, were friendly. I'd suggest improving the service speed at the rooftop bar during peak times as it got a bit crowded.

We loved hanging out by the fire at the rooftop bar, enjoying those skyline views, and sipping on complimentary cocktails. The decor was fine and the staff.

My wife says that the room could use a bit more soundproofing for a family stay. A more private bathroom setup would be great for families with kids.

The decor was super cool, and we loved the modern amenities. The gym was fantastic, perfect for a workout. The location was excellent-close enough to walk to downtown attractions. The shower setup was a wonderful bonus, too.

The rooftop pool and bar provided a vibrant atmosphere for our group, combining relaxation with fun. Enjoying drinks at the outdoor bar outside the lobby was a great way to kick off our nights out. We faced a frustrating mix-up regarding our billing that required escalating our issue to a manager for resolution, delaying our refund for a week.
