Had a great time with friends! The Kitchen at Commons Club was top-notch, and we enjoyed lounging at the rooftop bar with skyline views. Great for a group kickback with cocktails. The staff was super friendly, and the lobby was always lively. Just keep in mind the drink menu could use a bit of variety.
The bartenders at the pool bar need better customer service training. It was frustrating having to call out for service while they chatted amongst themselves.

Would recommend for a quick stop
Comfortable room, lovely rooftop pool, where we enjoyed relaxing but found it a bit small and the music too loud to chat. plus, the convenient location is only 15 km from the airport.
The weekend staff could use some more training on customer service and there was only one person working the valet desk on Sunday, he wasn't friendly at all and we had to wait about 15 minutes for him to bring the car.

I had a great stay in a Chamber King room. The staff made an early check-in happen, which was a lifesaver due to work commitments. The location is perfect for exploring music row. I loved being able to walk to Broadway without needing an Uber. The rooftop pool had a vibrant vibe, making it a fun hangout with good drinks. However, the ice machines across various floors didn’t work, which was a hassle. It took a while to resolve the issue until it reached a manager, and we didn't get our refund until a week later. Despite the payment trouble, I enjoyed the hotel's modern design and atmosphere, and I appreciated that they didn’t charge for my dog.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, especially appreciating the stunning rooftop pool and the relaxing outdoor bar area. The vibe was just perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring—definitely enjoyed those sun loungers! Only hiccup was that the rooftop bar was closed one night for a private event, so maybe a heads-up would’ve been nice. 😊

Fantastic rooftop experience with great vibes
I had a wonderful time hanging out at the rooftop pool, enjoying the stunning views of Nashville while sipping tasty cocktails. The atmosphere was vibrant. the staff, especially at the bar, were friendly and made sure we had a great time. However, I'd suggest improving the service speed at the rooftop bar during peak times as it got a bit crowded.

Our large family had an unforgettable time at this stylish hotel in Nashville. We loved hanging out by the fire at the rooftop bar, enjoying those skyline views, and sipping on complimentary cocktails. The decor was stunning and the staff made us feel right at home.
My wife says that the room could use a bit more soundproofing for a family stay. A more private bathroom setup would be great for families with kids.

The rooftop pool and bar provided a vibrant atmosphere for our group, combining relaxation with fun. Enjoying drinks at the outdoor bar outside the lobby was a great way to kick off our nights out. However, we faced a frustrating mix-up regarding our billing that required escalating our issue to a manager for resolution, delaying our refund for a week.

The homemade pastries at breakfast were a blissful start, and the rooftop scene was a sweet treat for lounging with cocktails. Our room was spacious and comfy, making leisurely lounging a dream.
Had some hiccups with the rooftop bar being closed one night, which bummed the vibes a bit. Plus, I wish the staff were a bit quicker at the pool bar—had to wave my arms for service more than once.
